1. General provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and determines the procedure of personal data processing and measures aimed at ensuring the security of personal data taken by Lingwella Global LLC, OGRN (Primary State Registration Number) 1237300000684, TIN 7300014399, KPP 730001001 (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”).
1.1 The Operator sets as its most important objective and condition for carrying out its activity the observance of human and citizen’s rights and freedoms when processing his/her personal data, including the protection of his/her privacy rights, personal and family secrecy.
1.2. This Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Operator may collect about the visitors of the website https://lingwella.com.
2. Key terms used in the Policy

2.7. Personal data – any information referring directly or indirectly to a particular or identified User of the website https://lingwella.com;
2.8. Personal data depersonalization – actions, which result in the impossibility to determine, without the use of additional information, the belonging of personal data to a particular User or other subject of personal data;
2.9. Personal data information system – a set of personal data contained in the personal data databases and information technologies and technical means enabling their processing;

3. In accordance with this Policy, the Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

3.3. e-mail address of a physical person;
3.4. city of residence of a physical person;
3.5. name of an organization;

3.11. The personal data collection forms on the Operator’s website are as follows:
- form for requesting a price quote,
- form for requesting a free trial translation,
- feedback form on the “Contact” page,
- form “Request a callback”,
- form “Request a price list”.

Besides, the Operator’s website automatically collects and processes anonymized data about its visitors (including cookie files) with the help of Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others). The anonymized personal data and automatically collected information include:
- IP address of the User,
- geolocation of the User,
- cookie files.
3.13. The above-mentioned data are further grouped under the general term “Personal Data” in the text of this Policy.
4. The purposes of personal data processing
4.1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending e-mails; to negotiate details of an order; to conclude, execute and terminate civil law contracts.
4.2. The Operator also reserves the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse to receive information messages by sending a letter to the Operator to the e-mail address info@lingwella.com with the note “Refusal of notifications about new products or services and special offers”.
4.3. The anonymized data of Users collected through Internet statistics services are intended to collect information about Users’ actions on the website, to improve the quality of the website and its content.
5. Legal grounds for personal data processing
5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if it is filled in and/or sent by the User himself/herself through special web forms located on the website https://lingwella.com. By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending his/her personal data to the Operator, the User expresses his/her consent to this Policy.

6. Procedure for collection, storage, transfer and other types of personal data processing

6.3. The User’s personal data will never, under no circumstances, be disclosed to third parties, except in cases associated with the execution of applicable law.
6.4. In case of identifying inaccuracies in personal data, the User may update them on his/her own by sending a notice to the Operator to the Operator’s e-mail address info@lingwella.com with the note “Personal data update”.
6.5. The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notice to the Operator by e-mail to the Operator’s e-mail address info@lingwella.com with the note “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.
7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
7.1. Prior to the commencement of cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state, to the territory of which the transfer of personal data is supposed to be made, provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territories of foreign states that do not comply with the above-mentioned requirements may be made only upon written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or execution of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.
