What file types do you accept for translation?

We accept most popular file formats, including non-editable documents:

  • all Microsoft Office file formats (DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX, PPS/PPSX, DOT/DOTX, POT/POTX, PUB),
  • OpenDocument office applications (ODT/OTT, ODS/OTS, ODP/OTP, ODG/OTG),
  • common image files (JPEG/JPG/JPE, PNG, GIF, TIF/TIFF, JP2/JPC/JPX, BMP, BPG),
  • some common graphic design files (AI, IND/INDD, PSD, CDR, EPS),
  • project packages and translation memories (XLIFF/XLF/XLIF, SDLPROJ, SDLPPX, SDLXLIFF, TMX, SDLTM, TTX, TXML),
  • web pages (HTM, HTML),
  • other popular document formats (PDF, RTF, TXT, DJV/DJVU).

How do I pay? What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • PayPal
  • Money order
  • Visa, MasterCard
  • Wire transfer (Western Union, MoneyGram)

After we agree on project cost and type of payment, you will receive an electronic invoice with payment details and instructions. For new clients 50% advance payment is required for a project to start. Our regular customers pay our invoices within 14 calendar days upon receipt of the translated document, unless otherwise agreed.

I'm a translator, and I'd love to work for you. Do you have vacancies?

Due to vigorous development and expansion of business geography, Lingwella is looking to cooperate with new translators, editors and copywriters specializing in different spheres of business, science and technology. We give preference to dealing with perfectionist, pedant and responsible specialists who respect the agreed deadlines and special project requirements. If you really care about the quality of your translations, if you want to learn and grow, and if freelance is your primary occupation, you are welcome to join our team!
